Relational Somatic Therapy

Connection

Unlike “talk-therapy” that primarily focuses on the mind and intellect, somatic therapy emphasizes the integration of mind and body. This holistic approach allows us to tap into the resources within our bodies, enabling us to release past trauma from our bodies and nervous systems. As a result, we can begin to heal more deeply and alleviate the burdens of the past.

There is no need for prior experience to benefit from somatic therapy. My approach is client-centered and tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual. Drawing from a diverse range of trainings, I guide clients in exploring themselves in any capacity that resonates with them and to any extent they desire.

In my psychotherapy practice, I aim to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where all parts of you feel welcome and open to healing. On this journey, you will discover healing forces that exist within you and learn how to harness them to serve you when you need them most.

My work is relational, compassionate, interactive, and experiential. Our healing connection will support you in transforming your internal relationship with the wounds of the past, so you can access a greater sense of agency and satisfaction in your life today.
